We are looking to make a key hire to join our team in the role of Director of Talent Acquisition. This individual will be in charge of attracting incredible candidates to join our team across all levels of the organization. The Director of Talent Acquisition will efficiently interview key stakeholders to understand the qualities desired in a candidate, find talented individuals that meet or exceed the requirements, and coordinate the interview process with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for all parties. Our ideal Director of Talent Acquisition will be able to attract candidates using various tools combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. The individual will be supported by our existing Human Resources Department and many of the leading tools and services.

 

The Director of Talent Acquisition will spend a lot of time growing our sales and customer services teams across several office locations in the US and Canada, and filling roles across other departments including some exciting senior and executive level positions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for ferreting out top prospects who might not actively be seeking new employment and enticing them to join our team.

 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or other related areas
  • 8+ years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition for medium to large companies at all levels
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Great analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Highly focused on job priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communications and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
