We are currently seeking a Returns Technician. The Returns Technician will be responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of product returns. Liaison for internal Customer Care support.


  • * Receiving of authorized packages for return (RA) or Return to Sender (RTS) 
  • * Verify the RA items, update documentation and perform follow-up as required 
  • * Processing of Returns (repair/replace/refund) including sales orders, credit memos and similar
  • * Some technical troubleshooting and component replacement on the products
  • * Intercompany returns processing (VRA/RA)
  • * Return to Sender (RTS) investigation and processing (re-ship/RA) 
  • * Return shipping of product to customer through various ship methods 
  • * Inventory management 
  • * Product return to manufacturers for credit (VRA's), following manufacturer guidelines
  • * Other duties and tasks as needed


  • * General technical aptitude
  • * High school diploma or equivalent required
  • * PC skills with Office, Google Apps, Gmail and similar software knowledge
  • * Small device returns/repair is a plus
  • * NetSuite experience is a plus
  • * Returns processing, shipping/receiving experience
